He is survived by: his mother Helen Hendricks (John); his fiancée Anita Moore Davis; his children, Dustin Davis (Andrea), Whitney Evett, Matt Davis (Nicole), Chenoa Levis (Dan), Michala Davis and Caleb Davis; and his brother Roger Dale Davis. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
