He is survived by: his wife Donna Kelley; his children, Chad Crowe of Seneca and Krystal Kelley of Seneca; his siblings, Ronnie Kelley of Walhalla, Burt Kelley of Westminster, Glenda Ramey of Walhalla and Rebecca Smith of Seneca; and his grandson Wyatt Earl Jerde.
