She was predeceased by: her husband George C Boney of Pickens; her parents, James Andrew Montgomery and Geneva Cannon Montgomery of Lane, S. C.; and her siblings, Carolyn M Moss of Indiana, Arthur A Montgomery of Columbia, S. C. and William Belton Montgomery "Billy" of Lane, S. C..
She is survived by: her children, Cynthia D Boney of Pickens, George C Boney (Ellen) of Chapin, S. C. and Robert M. Boney (Shelia Smith) of Niceville, FL.; her grandchildren, Hanna Elizabeth Montgomery (Christian) of San Diego, CA, George W. Boney of Clemson, S. C. and Emerson Sofia Smith of Niceville, FL.; and her great grandchild Theodore James Montgomery of San Diego, CA..
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dillard Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Pickens Presbyterian Church (311 W Main St, Pickens, SC 29671).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Pickens Presbyterian Church.
