He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton Alfred Thomas, II and Pauline Alvernia Brown; and his siblings, Kathy Byard, Danny Thomas, Alton Thomas, III and Murices Kiley.
He is survived by: his sons, Luke Thomas of Melbourne, Timothy Thomas of Aiken and Paul Thomas, Jr. of Aiken; his siblings, Mark Kiley, Wesley Kiley and Peggy Pomroy; and his close friend Don Thurber.
