He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Herman Staggs and Deborah Ann Fisher Roach. He is survived by: the mother of his children Olivia A. Fisher of Liberty; his significant other Tiffany Caldwell of Easley; his children, Richard Dylan Fisher (Alice) of Liberty, Samson Kane Fisher (Christina) of Taylors, Trinity Daydream Fisher of Liberty and Milton Gage Fisher of Liberty; his grandchildren, Hazleigh and Eliza Fisher; his siblings, Kayla McCollum of Pickens, Gidget Jones (Ricky) of Conestee and Chastity Aleman (Pedro) of Conestee; his aunt Rita Hughes; and his cousin Kenji Hughes.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Mountain View Funerals and Cremations - Pickens Chapel (105 Florence St, Pickens, SC 29671). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
