He was predeceased by : his parents, Ernest Roy and Alma Louise Stokes; his daughter Crystal Louise Stokes; and his siblings, John "Buck" Stokes, Deryl Stokes, Lee Edens and Pearl Nalley.

He is survived by : his wife Karin Muscato Stokes; his daughters, Kelly Marie Stokes and Angel Star Maxner; his grandchildren, Jaylyn Stokes, Layla Stokes, Kyler Merck, Georgia Reign, Jaxson Allen and Ayden Michael; his great grandchild Jaxson Grey; and his siblings, Joe Stokes, Betty Oshields and Jean Taylor. He is also survived by his friends and family.
