He is survived by : his daughter Shannon Carlisle (Matthew) of Liberty; his grandchildren, Kinlee Ann and Karsyn; his stepmother Shirley Cox Hendricks; and his siblings, Eddie Wade (April) of Liberty, Suzanne Edwards (Terry) of Seneca and Kayla Freeman (Jay) of Easley. He is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
