It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roger Dale Davis of Pickens, South Carolina, who passed away on April 24, 2025, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Lawrence Glendell Davis; and his sister Nancy D. Bagwell (Ronnie) of Pickens. He is survived by: his mother Beatrice Davis of Pickens; his wife Sheila G. Davis; his stepchildren, Caleb E. Greene of Pickens, Heather R. Greene (Kevin) of Kilmarnock, VA and W. Elijah Greene of Richmond, VA; his nieces, Lisa D. Wyatt (Vance) of Pickens and Rhonda B. Allison of Pickens; his nephew Jason Bagwell (Stephanie) of Boiling Springs; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Sarah Allison, Monica McMinn, Caryn Wyatt, Jonah and Luke Bagwell; his niece Audrey McMinn; and also Jayce McMinn.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the Mountain View Baptist Church (336 Mountain View Church Rd, Six Mile, SC 29682). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
