She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Lee Ramey; her parents, Perry Logan Nabors and Fannie R. Raines; her son Paul Richard "Ricky" Moore (Cheryl) of Liberty; and her grandsons, Kevin Tucker Brock of Easley and Matthew Edward Graham of Easley.

She is survived by: her children, Linda Moore (Dale) of Liberty, Susan Graham (Tim) of Easley, Patti Brock of Easley and Jamie Moore of Liberty; and her siblings, Kenny Raines, Geraldine Bryant and Helen Harris. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.

Flowers will be accepted or memorial donations in Ruby's honor may be made to Tabor United Methodist Church, 1943 Ireland Rd, Easley, SC 29640.
