With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sarah Jane Davidson (Pickens, South Carolina), born in Logan, West Virginia, who passed away on April 10, 2023 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Bruce Davidson; and her parents, Alton Boyd Gore and Mary Jane Cassell Gore. She is survived by: her children, Keith Davidson (Delores) of Pickens, Tammy Crocker (Jim) of Dothan, AL and Tricia Still (Anthony) of Pickens; her grandchildren, Chad, Brian, Todd, Shellie, Heather Gail and Anslie; her great grandchildren, Caleb, Cameron, Spencer, Presslie, Savannah, Wells, Bricks and Burns; her great great grandchild Emery; and her sister Ova Mae Townsend of Florida.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Sally's honor may be made to Red Hill Baptist Church, 558 Red Hill Rd, Pickens, SC 29671.

“OMG ,so sorry and sad to hear about Sally passing. She was like a Mother to me and I gained Fifteen Pounds from her Wonderful Meals that I was Lucky to had with Her and Bruce. Such a Beautiful Woman with a Sweet Smile and that Crazy Sense of Humor. She would have everyone laughing in the room. To say Sally will be missed is not a fair statement.
