She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Lunie Medlin and Lizzie Bell Gilstrap Powell; and her stepfather Eugene Powell. She is survived by: her children, Jason George (Trina) of Pickens and Alethea Swee (Bjorn) of Pickens; her grandchildren, Alexandria Reeves (Kyle), Austin Palmer (Corissa), Jase George and Carson George; her great grandchildren, Noah, Evelyn, Aubree, Everett and Asher; and her pet Foxy.
