It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shirley Ann Cox (Pickens, South Carolina), born in Ardmore, Tennessee, who passed away on November 9, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Henry Kolle and Dorothy Boldin Kolle; her brothers, Douglas Kolle, Jerry Wayne Kolle and Robert Amos; and her great grandchild Christian Amir Russell.

She is survived by : her husband Sam M. Cox, III; her children, Michelle Davis Kilpatrick of Easley, Danny, Wendy Davis of Hickory, NC and Scotty Davis of Knoxville, TN; her grandchildren, Sidney R. K. Bradshaw, Matthew Bradshaw, Christian, Shanda Russell, Jessie and Jordan Hemlinger; and her brother Ed "Sonny" Kolle (Linda Kolle). She is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
