He is survived by: his parents, Steve Ramey and Teresa Andrews Lewis; his fiancé Dee Dee Follett; his children, Deandra Ramey of Duncan, AZ, Chloe Follett of Anderson and Patrick Strickland of Easley; his grandsons, Wyatt and Waylon; his brother Shane Lewis of Greenville; and his pet Dixie.
