He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Lewis and Mildred Lewis; his sons, Martin Lewis and Fred Lewis; and his siblings, Berce Lewis, Lester Lewis, Wallace Lewis, Garvin Lewis, Hildred Lewis, Velma Waldrop and Evelyn Porter.
He is survived by: his sons, Tony Lewis of Liberty and Terry Lewis (Veronica) of Central; and his caregiver Sherry.
