He is survived by: his wife Conice Breazeale; his children, Monica Paige Stevens (Scotty) of Greer and Chris Breazeale (Molly) of Boxford, MA; his grandsons, Aaron Banks, Joshua Banks, Cooper Joy Breazeale and Tommy Breazeale; and his siblings, David Brezeale (Rachel), Lynn Breazeale (Terri) and Kathy McDonald (Sam). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
