He was predeceased by: his father Larry D. Looper; and his wife Kim. He is survived by: his mother JoAnn Looper Winslett; his brother Jeff Looper (Theresa); and his sibling's children, Christopher Looper, Jordan Dunkley, Kaitlyn Dunkley and Kelsey Dunkley.
