He was predeceased by: his father Perry Hall; and his siblings, Marshall Hall and Louise Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Phoebe Hall; his daughters, Susan Albright (Benjamin) and Jo Anna Hall (Griffin Davis); his granddaughter Riley Albright; and his sisters, Betty Ann Buchanan and Sue Suddeth. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and fishing friends.
