He is survived by: his wife Mary Holder Lusk; his sons, Micheal Lusk and James Lusk (Dee Dee); his grandchildren, Luke Lusk, Nooner Lusk, Grady Lusk, JT Lusk, Brandon Lusk, Lilly Lusk, Annabell Lusk and Gracie Lusk; and his brother Rev. Ferber Lusk.
