He was predeceased by: his parents, Lionel E. Roper and Marie Breazeale Roper; and his brother Donald Roper. He is survived by: his children, John Adams (Gayle) of Hartwell, GA, Bobby W. Adams of Piedmont and Gwen Rush (Tom) of Anderson. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
