He is survived by: his wife Dee Dee Pickett; his children, Brian Clark, David Breedlove, Leeland Clark and Coleen Carter; his grandchildren, Aiden Clark, Dylan Carter, Chloe Carter and Jenifer Carter; and his sister Sheila Betzenhauser.
