He is survived by: his wife Julia "Ann" McCollum Page; his children, Michael Page (Amy) and Kristi Kwiatek (David); his grandchildren, Austin Page (Veronica), Avery Page (Jessi) and Brady Kwiatek; his sisters, Ann Stowe (Mike) and Nancy Page; his nephews, Jason Ambrose (Cheryl) and Andy Ambrose (Ronda); and his great-nephew Eli Ambrose.
