It is with sadness that the passing of Donna Merritt of Piedmont, South Carolina is shared. Donna, born on September 17, 1957, passed away on October 11, 2026. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Donna Merritt to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Michael Walter Merritt; and her parents, Rev. Marion Gartral and Alice Lou Kay Williams. She is survived by: her daughters, Allison Pruitt Long and Candice Merritt; her siblings, Kaye Cox (Ronnie), Lynn Williams, Connie Harris and Jonathan Williams (Charity); her grandchildren, Kalib Pruitt, Cortney Pruitt and Emersyn-Claire Merritt; and her great grandchildren, Kaia Pruitt, Kamryn Pruitt and Anthony Stone. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Forest Lawn Memorial Park (2609 US-29, Anderson, SC 29621).
