He is survived by: his wife Dr. Debra Dana Eischen; his children, Bernadette Ann Hooks and William Killough (Jennifer) of Marlboro, NY; his brother Patrick Glasier Eischen (Joanne) of Oakwood, GA; his sister-in-law Louise Eischen of Rochester, NY; and his grandson Nicholas Michael Hooks.
