She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas James Karlik; her parents, Paul Kovar, Jr. and Ruth Greene Kovar Bishop; and her sons-in-law, Bruce Jordan and Charlie Leubner.
She is survived by: her children, Melani Robinson (Michael), Mindy Jordan, Patsy Leubner, David Karlik (Rebecca) and Jamie Karlik; her siblings, Eileen Thomas (Ken) and Michael Kovar (Chris); and her close friend Cathy Parks. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren.
