It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lon Ginn of Piedmont, South Carolina, who passed away on March 11, 2026, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lon Ginn to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his wife Gladys Ellison Ginn; his parents, Garnett Ginn and Ethel Hughes Ginn; and his daughter Deborah "Debbie" Ginn. He is survived by: his children, Crystal Snyder and Michael Ginn; his grandchildren, Jeremy Ginn, Amy Turner, Heather Duncan (Jamie), Randy Turner and Rusty Collins; and his great grandchildren, Mariah Rogers, Macy Rushton, Braylon Dickerson and Avery Ginn.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Tabernacle Baptist Church, P.O. Box 268, Pelzer, SC 29669.
