He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Dean Hagen and Jean Gladdish Hagen; and his brother Timothy. He is survived by: his wife Dianne; and his sons, Benjamin (Emily), Jeremiah and Nathaniel (Sarah). He is also survived by his four grandchildren.
