He was predeceased by : his parents, Roy William and Gertrude Emily Allison Bennett. He is survived by : his sons, Troy Edward "Eddie" Bennett, Jr. (Kristin) of Piedmont and William Eric Bennett (Michelle) of Pickens; and his brother Thomas K. "Tommy" Bennett (Faye) of Piedmont. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
