He was predeceased by: his grandmother Mildred Williams; and his cousin Brenda Soto. He is survived by: his parents, Rhonda Watkins Cox and David Wayne Quattlebaum Sr. (Claudia); his daughter Destiny Quattlebaum; his close friend Becky Bell; his brother Dan Cox (Virginia); his granddaughter Adelyn Grace Crummitt; and his pets, Boregard and Oscar. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and several nieces and nephews.
