It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Jenkins of Pineville, South Carolina, who passed away on June 15, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his children, James Jenkins, Jr. (Caroline), Jerry L. Jenkins (Debra), Gloria J. Whitten (John), Anthony D. Jenkins (Debbie), Antoinette D. Jefferson (Wayne), Valerie J. Sumpter and Evonne J. Whaley (David Sr.); and his sister Mary J. Ramsey. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
