As we bid Ethan farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Ethan is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry Lewis and Hazeltine Stone Lewis; and his sister-in-law Merifaye Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Linda Dunlap Lewis; his daughter Leslie Lewis Bush (Matt) of Sumter; his granddaughter Maddy Lynn Bush; his brother Johnny Lewis of Paxville; his niece Jennifer Lewis Jones (Jay) of Sumter; and his nephew Jay Lewis of Pinewood.
