He was predeceased by: his father Thomas E. Spotts, Jr. (Tyler); and his pets, Chance and Taz. He is survived by: his mother Angela C. Dube of Hermitage, MO; his brothers, Travis Spotts of Holden, MO, Michael Dube of Eldridge, MO and Ryan Boulier of Hermitage, MO; his nieces and nephews, Easton Spotts, Emberly Spotts, Carter Dube and Maverick Boulier; and his stepmother Deborah Spotts of Plainville. He is also survived by several extended family members and friends.
