He was predeceased by: his parents, Olin Hugh Lominick, Sr. and Mary Folk Lominick; and his grandson Blake Shirey. He is survived by: his wife Ann Waites Lominick; his children, Scott Lominick (Amber) and Connie Shirey (Tracey); his grandchildren, Carley Shirey, Jack Lominick, Scotlyn Lominick, Lawson Lominick and Weston Lominick; his great grandchildren, Wyatt Shirey, Sawyer Shirey, Taegan Hendrex, Avalee Shirey and Charlie Shirey; his siblings, Bobby Lominick (Jennylee) and Dianne Lominick; his close friends, Larry Cromer, Larry Higgins and Dr. Oscar Lovelace; and his siblings, Jane Ringer and Chris Lominick.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Family Home. A funeral service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the St. Philip's Lutheran Church (2461 St Philips Church Rd, Newberry, SC 29108).
