With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Phillip Wafford of Pomaria, South Carolina, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parent Lonnie Wafford. He is survived by: his mother Virginia Gash Wafford; his wife Kelly Vanarsdall; his daughters, Jeana Ruff (Thomas) and Alaina Wafford; his siblings, Carlon Hatcher, Matthew Wafford, Mark Wafford (Jessica Raga) and Agnew Wafford; his grandchildren, Brantley, Tinsley, Ellie, Lyndon and Amelia; his nephews, Waylon Wafford and Errol Hatcher; his niece Josie Wafford; his cousin Jena Jacobs; and also, Randon, Rylie and Reese. He is also survived by cousins; and more friends.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the McSwain - Evans Funeral Home (1724 Main St, Newberry, SC 29108). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Golden Baptist Church (100 Line St., Golden, OK 74737).
