He was predeceased by: his parents, John Franklin and Irene Edna O'Quinn (Pellum); and his sister-in-law Carolyn. He is survived by: his significant other Mary Jane Bailey (Sam); his siblings, Thomas O'Quinn of Beaufort, Everett O'Quinn of Beaufort, Earl O'Quinn of Beaufort, Barbara Ann O'Quinn of Beaufort and Lorraine Lowrimore of Myrtle Beach; his nieces, Sheri O'Quinn Bailey of Beaufort and Reana Young of Campobello; his great-nephews, Kevin Young of Florence, Thomas Bailey and Samuel Bailey of Beaufort; his great-niece Kaithlyn O'Quinn Clisham of Campobello; his pet Boomer; Ryder. He is also survived by his family, friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to The Order of the Eastern Star.
