With sadness, we share the passing of Joyce Collins of Port Royal, South Carolina. Joyce, born on June 25, 1934, passed away on August 16, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Ulmer and Clara Ulmer (Rivers); her former husband William F. Youmans, Jr.; her husband Horace Collins; her brother Danny Ulmer; and her half-siblings, Jackie, Thomas, George Ulmer, Veda Long and Hilda Poff.
She is survived by: her stepdaughters, Glenda Collins, Sabrina Johnson and Debra Haiger; her sister-in-law Gladys Ulmer; and her close friends, Marjorie Chavis and Glenda Nix. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
