Sanders (Nora); his grandchildren, David Garner, Jamie Garner (Sherie), Krystal Cheatham (Josh), Gabrielle Shealy (Austin), Hunter Sanders (Reagan) and Gavin Byrd; his great grandchildren, Madison Garner (Spencer), Hannah Perkins (Aaron), Caden Stephens, Waylon Shealy, Easton Cheatham, Wrenley Shealy and Blakely Cheatham; his great great grandchild Maisie Elliott; his daughters-in-law, Melissa Byrd (Ron) and Vickie Sanders; his mother-in-law Bernette O. Goff; his siblings-in-law, Monty Goff (Louise) and Velvet Goff; his nieces and nephews, Pat Goff (Kim) and Pam Goff; and his great-nephews, Brady and Case Goff.
A graveside service was held on Sunday, May 3rd 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Nazareth Methodist Church (130 State Rd S-41-505, Batesburg-Leesville, SC 29070). A reception was held on Sunday, May 3rd 2026 at 4:00 PM.
