He was predeceased by: his parents, Tommy Joe and Myrtie Boland Wessinger of Prosperity; and his wife Judi B. Wessinger. He is survived by: his sister Cheryl W. Cregger (Mike) of Pomaria; his nephew Max Cregger of Prosperity; his niece Cally Cregger of Rock Hill; and his stepchildren, Mandy Smith Halek, Reed Smith, Stephanie Smith Farnell, Adeline and Margo Farnell.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Little Mountain Rescue Squad, PO Box 8, Little Mountain, SC 29075, in his memory – they have helped out more than once and for that we are very grateful.
