He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Templeton Skinner; his children, Glen Edward Skinner of Gastonia, NC and Gidget Rice (Tim) of Evans, GA; his siblings, Angela Chavous (Mark) of Augusta, GA, Jean Waters of Grovetown, GA and Donnie Skinner (Darlene) of Evans, GA; his grandchildren, Travis Nagy, Ashley Kitchens (Jayme), Kaitlyn Skinner and McKenzie Skinner; and his great grandchildren, Kensley Nagy, Easton Nagy and Waylon Kitchens.
