With sadness, we share the passing of Lottie H. Martin of Prosperity, South Carolina. Lottie, born on May 13, 1925, passed away on September 3, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband William Eugene Martin; her parents, George Wilbur and Annie Alice Kunkle Hawkins; and her siblings, Pauline Branham, Julia Williams, Sara Hamm, Thomas Hawkins, Bobby Hawkins and Harold Hawkins.
She is survived by: her children, Bobby E. Martin (Pamela) of Prosperity and Maryann Harold (Alex) of Prosperity; her sister June Stepp King of Prosperity; and her grandchildren, Eric Martin, Lori Frampton, Justin Harold, Caleb Harold, Peyton Harold, Amy Bartley, Robin Bartley and Bobby Bartley. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the McSwain-Evans Funeral Home (1724 Main St, Newberry, SC 29108). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 6th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the McSwain-Evans Funeral Home Chapel (1724 Main St, Newberry, SC 29108).
