It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Herbert Hoover Bridgman of Rains, South Carolina, who passed away on May 26, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Kay Bridgman and Maggie Cribb Bridgman; his wife Carolyn Argoe Bridgman; and his siblings, James Bridgman and Dorothy Jordan.
He is survived by: his children, Steve Bridgman (Vicki) of Marion, Linda Hodge (Richard) of Marion and Ellen Black of Marion; his grandchildren, Brandi Floyd (Richard), Amber Woods (Brian), Trey Hodge (Jana), Stephanie Morgan, Jessi Ford (Jimmy) and Justin Black; his great grandchildren, Drake Page, Anna Grace Page, Payton Floyd, Talan Hodge, Tristan Brown, Kale Hodge, Sutton Gray Ford and Raelyn Floyd; his great great grandchild Evie D'Amato; and his brother Wilder Bridgman (Frances) of Greenville.
