We are sad to announce that on October 3, 2025, at the age of 73, Adam Martin Reiley Jacobs Vii of Ravenel, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Jacobs and Agnes Jacobs; his wife Rachel Lacey Jacobs; his son Reiley; his daughter-in-law Caroline; his granddaughters, Mary Langston, Emogene and Louisa; his sister Georgia Meador; and his brothers-in-law, Jerry (Linda) and Richard Lacey. He was also cherished by many cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Christ St Pauls Church (4981 Chapel Rd., Hollywood, SC 29449). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Christ St. Paul's Anglican Church (4981 Chapel Rd., Hollywood, SC 29449). A burial will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Beaufort National Cemetery (1601 Boundary St, Beaufort, SC 29902).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Christ St. Paul's Anglican Church on Yonges Island, 4981 Chapel Road, Hollywood, SC 29470.
