He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Hagan Badger and Margaret Jeanne Miller Badger; his brother Robert "Bob" Badger; and his sister-in-law Cathy Badger. He is survived by: his wife Dr. Eve McAndrew Badger; his daughter Raegan Hope Badger; and his siblings, Kenneth H. Badger, Jr. (Lynn), Margaret Richardson (Deas) and Patricia Kay (Stephen). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
