It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Wagers Walters of Reevesville, South Carolina, who passed away on July 6, 2025, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband James Marvin "Skim" Walters; and her siblings, Bland Wagers, Dell Wagers and Margie Creel. She is survived by: her children, Dibble Pinckney Wagers (Blanch Campbell Wagers), Van Walters (Ima Jean) and Debbie Hamilton (Bruce); her grandchildren, Audrey Cook (Justin), Jason Walters (Kelly), Grant Hamilton and Amy Vartenisian (Drew); her great grandchildren, Kinsey Helen Cook, Levi Vartenisian, Mia Vartenisian, Katelyn Walters, Grayson Walters and Edie Vartenisian; her siblings, Sapp Wagers (Judith), Eunice W. Shieder, Sylvia Horne, Ann W. Hartzog and Jean Judy; her niece Dill McAlhany; her sister-in-law Vera Murray; and her caregiver Barbara Miller.
