He is survived by: his wife Linda Dukes Walters; his children, Marion Richard Walters, Timothy Wayne Walters and Thresa Gayle Walters; his grandchildren, Shaina Leggett, Tiffany Jordan Walters and Stephanie W. Brownlee; and his great grandchildren, Corey Leggett, Cameron Lance Legett, Kaylee Leggett, Karlee Leggett, Finley Brownlee and Elias Brownlee.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 21st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Calvary Baptist Church (147 Smoak Rd, Dorchester, SC 29437). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 21st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
