He is survived by: his children, Kevin Hall (Brandi), Kelly Hall (Carla), Tracy Hall (Betty), Brent Johnson (Julie), Stacy Johnson (Sandy) and April Turner (Johnny). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
