She was predeceased by: her sister Phyllis Batters. She is survived by: her husband Tom Vance; her children, Jeffrey Vance (Shannon), Tommy Vance and Bridgette Sodano (Christopher); her grandchildren, Emmerson Vance, Jaxon Vance, Declan Sodano and Owen Sodano; her sisters, Mary Jo and Antoinette; and her caregiver Holly. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Gillisonville Baptist Church (10168 Grays Hwy, Ridgeland, SC 29936). Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Woodtick Memorial (420 Woodtick Rd, Wolcott, CT 06716). A burial will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Woodtick Cemetery (420 Woodtick Rd, Wolcott, CT 06716).
