He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Lee Spilliards, Sr. and Mary Smith Spilliards. He is survived by: his wife Eunice Floyd Spilliards; his daughters, Robin Stevens (Todd) and Leann Miller (David); his granddaughters, Brantley Miller Lawson (Brett) and Claudia Miller; his great grandchild Miller Lawson; and his sister Emily Spilliards Beach (Ira). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
