David touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his sister Sheila Stevens. He is survived by: his wife Iola Daring; his children, Davy Daring (Valorie) and KayCee Goethe (Chris); his sister Debbie Smith (Kevin); his grandchildren, Brittnie Goethe, Trista Daring, JC Goethe, DJ Daring, Jayla Daring and Alyssa Goethe; his mother-in-law Patricia Malphrus; and his brothers-in-law, Rodney Malphrus (April), Martin Malphrus (Jodi) and Patrick Malphrus (Kim). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Vaigneur Funeral Home (6802 Tillman Rd, Ridgeland, SC 29936). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
