He was loved and cherished by many people including: his family Ollie Mae Toomer; his siblings, George Toomer (Emma), Samuel Toomer, Ulysses Toomer, Bertha of Washington, Thelma Lewis, Rhumella Patterson, Daisy Goodwin, Cynthia Singleton and Sydney Burrison (Johnny Burrison); and also, Kenneth Toomer, Sr. (Patricia), Englenette Frost, Isiah Toomer, Jr., Anthony Toomer, MD (Catherine), Dexter Toomer (Rosalind), Shavanda Toomer, Frederick Toomer (Shalonda) and Thirteen. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
