She is survived by: her husband Randy Malphrus; her children, Blake Jernigan (Amy) and Marie Buck (Chris); her grandchildren, Zachery Buck, Justin Jernigan, Kyle Jernigan and Logan Jernigan; and her nieces and nephews, Kyli Motes, Kim Cannon and Mikie Quesinberry.
